Hotel Cristallo Torino

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really polite and helpful, and they even offered to order a taxi for me when I needed to leave early in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy the view. The location was great, as it was in a nice area with many restaurants to choose from for dinner. Everything I needed was provided, and the Wi-Fi was excellent too.

The location of the hotel is a bit away from the city center and attractions, requiring some travel to get to them.

Free Wi-fi worked well. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurants, grocery store, laundromat, and streetcar within walking distance. Quiet, clean, well-presented with decent-sized rooms. Toilet/shower facilities a bit small, but not an issue for short stays.

The hotel was conveniently located near tram and bus stations, making it easy to explore the city. There were also restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, very convenient. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating.

The location was a bit far from the city center and attractions, inconvenient to travel back and forth. The room was also quite pricey for what you got, and it was a bit difficult to find the hotel after dark.

We had the most incredible stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the kindest host who went above and beyond to make our stay special. She even surprised us with sparkling wine and flowers when she found out we were in town to get married. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was excellent. We also loved that there was coffee and fruit in the room, and the overall atmosphere was just lovely. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city. We had access to cafes, restaurants, and bars just a stone's throw away. It really enhanced our time in this city.

Spacious room with a homely bathroom. Low traffic noise despite being close to the city street. Friendly staff and good use of Wi-Fi. Thoughtful and thorough cleaning service. Affordable rate for a relatively large room.
